A Diamante

Don't ask me about this one. It's rather weird, but I thought I'd share. :)

Knight

Righteous, strong

Fighting, jousting, feasting

Honorable, loyal, important, noble

Ruling, leading, deciding,

Just, royal

King

Jousting Sir Quint of Knights of Avalon on Nob...Image via WikipediaI don't really get it, but it does have balance and it worked out my inner thesaurus. Here's the explanation for my madness: Types of Poetry

  2. It is a little weird, but it is actually more interesting.
Does that make me wierd? that I kind of understand it, the symmetry of it? (or at least I think I do!)
    Nice one.
    Cheers..

  4. Before I say anything - the layout is FANTASTIC! I LOVE it. Did you design this yourself? IF so, how much to design one for a photographer?!!?

As for the entry, it had a strong sense to it and yes, it was different but in a good way!

  5. Inkpot -- I do have a love for knights. In fact, most of my stories involve knights in some way. It is why I'm drawn to fantasy and historicals.

The Dude -- Thanks! It seems a lot of people like the diamante and it is symmetrical. Hmm, maybe I ought to try another. They are pretty straight forward.

Mercedes-- Thanks! What a great complement. As for the layout, see below. I can't take full credit for it.

Monica -- Glad you like the layout. I got it from btemplates.com. I bashed it a bit to get things where I wanted them, but most of it is the template. If you go to the bottom, you can see a link of where I got it from. There are some cool templates for photographers. If you need help, let me know. I would be glad to assist for only a little exposure. :) No need to pay. Dirty, dirty money. LOL Glad you like the diamante, too.

Perhaps a tutorial regarding layout is in order? I like to post useful things on my blog as well as just chattering. Will "ToDo" it after some writing tonight.
